Although we were all dying to see Bruce Willis in his unnatural habitat (Woody Allen’s movie), that unfortunately won’t happen. Not yet, anyway.

Woody is known for assembling some pretty eclectic casts over the years, but it appears we’ll have to wait for this iconic action her actor to lead in one of Allen’s notoriously slow movies.

The director has worked with other action heroes in the past, as he managed to tackle Willis’ “Expendables” costar Sylvester Stallone in two of his projects, “Antz” and “Bananas”.

Bruce was forced to drop out of Allen’s still untitled movie due to his busy schedule. Namely, the actor will be quite busy portraying James Caan in the Broadway adaptation of Stephen King’s “Misery”. The actor is currently wrapped around several other big projects: Steven C. Miller’s “Extraction”, Xiao Feng’s “The Bombing” and Cullen brothers’ comedy “Going Under”.

Nonetheless, Woody’s upcoming project won’t be short of colorful characters as the cast currently consist of Corey Stoll, Parker Posey, Kristen Stewart, Jesse Eisenberg, Blake Lively, Ken Stott, Anna Camp, Jeannie Berlin, Stephen Kunken, Sari Lennick andPaul Schneider. Quite a party mix, don’t you think?

As for the plot, no details have yet been released into the public, but we do know that it will be filmed in California and New York.
